Who am I
With over 20 years in food and nutrition PR, I’ve always been curious about how what we eat affects how we feel. That passion led me to take it one step further by earning a diploma in nutrition to understand the science behind food better.
Throughout my career, I’ve noticed a common thread: many people were never taught how to cook or the essential role that food plays in supporting our health. My goal is to change that.
I believe that nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated. It's not about perfection or huge overhauls, it’s about small, sustainable tweaks that can make a big difference over time. Whether you're navigating a new life stage or want to feel more confident in your food choices, I’m here to help translate nutritional science into practical, everyday habits.
WHAT I OFFER
With so much conflicting advice on healthy eating, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. My mission is to simplify nutrition and provide clear, evidence-based guidance that helps you at specific life stages, to lose weight, improve digestion, boost energy, and develop long-term healthy habits, without restrictive diets or expensive meal replacement/plans.
At Devonshire Nutrition, I offer both personalised one-to-one nutrition coaching and group sessions to give you the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices about your diet and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight sustainably, manage your weight effectively, or simply understand how food affects your body, I provide practical, tailored solutions that fit your needs.
